RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ONLINE STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at SE MediSpa Shop. We want to you to have a satisfying experience, and in the event that you need to make an
EXCHANGE, please review our exchange policy below:


Returns for Exchange:
You have a window of 14 calendar days from the date receiving your item to request an EXCHANGE. Please note that we only offer EXCHANGES
and NO REFUNDS. As the purchaser, you are responsible for covering the return shipping charges.


Eligibility for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item
must meet the following criteria:
Your item must be unused or no more
than 15% of the volume missing.
Your item must be in its original
packaging.
Your item should have the receipt or
proof of purchase.
If a suitable exchange is not
available. We will issue a merchandise
credit for the same value as the purchased
product in the form of a store credit.
Please note that the following items are
considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible
for exchange:

Skin Care Accessories
Hair Accessories
Hair Brushes
Combs
Nail Polishes
Nail Accessories
Hair Tools
Makeup
Jewelry
Sale items
Crystals

Personalized Items & Apparel
All electrical tools may be returned for
exchange only due to manufacturer
defects, provided you have proof of
purchase and all original components. No
exchanges will be given without proof of
purchase. Items must be in the original
box/packaging. In the event that a suitable
exchange is not available, we will issue a
merchandise credit for the same value as
the purchased product in the form of a
store credit.

Please note that Skin Care Tools & Devices
are FINAL SALE unless there is a
manufacturer defect. SE MediSpa Shop provides
a 1-year warranty on electrical tools with a
manufacturer defect. They can be
exchanged within one year of the original
purchase date, with proof of purchase and
in their original packaging/box.
Exchange/Return Process:
Upon receiving your returned item, we will
inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We
will promptly update you on the status of
your exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, items purchased
using a credit card will be refunded as
a ONLINE STORE CREDIT and sent to you
in the form of a gift card. Please note that
store credits cannot be redeemed for cash
or refunded. You will receive your store
credit gift card within 5 business days after
the refund date by email.
Shipping:
You are responsible for covering the
shipping costs associated with returning
your item. Please be aware that shipping
costs are nonrefundable. If you prefer to
return your online purchases to our MediSpa
located in Bowmanville, ON, Simply contact us to set up a preferred time to return
your items and proof of purchase, following
our outlined Product Returns Policy.

 

If any refund is eligible post approval , the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 10-30days as per bank/payment method guidelines.
